A Life Transformed by Christ
My name is Banu Rathnayaka. coming from a Bhudhist family. I came to Qatar from Sri Lanka in 2011. At that time, my life was filled with struggles, disappointments, and uncertainty. Because of my family situation, I had lost hope and did not know where to turn. Like many others, I came abroad hoping for a better future, but even after arriving in Qatar, life was not easy. In 2012, God reached out to me through my supervisor from Indian who introduced me to EBPM church. I began hearing the Word of God. Every message spoke directly to my heart. I did not just hear God’s Wordu2014I chose to obey it and put it into practice. Day by day, His Word transformed my mind, healed my heart, restored my hope, and led my life in a new direction.
Romans 10:17, “Faith comes from hearing, and hearing the word of God In 2013, I surrendered my life to Jesus Christ and was baptized. From that day onward, my journey with the Lord truly began. Over the years, I have experienced His faithfulness again and again. I came to Qatar as a single man, but by God’s amazing grace, today I am blessed with a loving wife and two precious children. As a family, we have been part of this church for almost 13 years, serving the Lord together and seeking to honor Him in our daily lives.

God's Transforming Grace
My name is Anton Thineskumar I went to Qatar in 2004. Although I was raised in a strong Roman Catholic family, God had a greater plan for my life. In 2007, through the ministry of Pastor Prince at EBPM Doha, I heard the life-changing message of Jesus Christ in a personal way. By God’s grace, I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and was baptized the same year. Through the teaching of God’s Word and the fellowship at EBPM Doha, my life was completely transformed. I experienced God’s love, forgiveness, and the power of the Holy Spirit. My faith became real, and I developed a deep desire to serve the Lord wholeheartedly.
In 2010, I left Qatar and returned to Sri Lanka. Responding to God’s call, I entered full-time ministry and have been serving as a pastor at EBPM Church in Mullaitivu and Kokuthoduwai since then. It has been a great privilege to preach the Gospel, disciple believers, and serve the people in these communities. Looking back, I am deeply grateful to God for using Pastor Prince and the ministry of EBPM Doha as instruments in transforming my life. The decision I made in 2007 changed the course of my life forever. Today, I rejoice in seeing God’s faithfulness as He continues to lead me in His service. To God be all the glory.

From Brokenness to Grace: My Journey to True Freedom
I arrived in Qatar on September 15, 1995, at the age of 23, carrying a troubled heart and a painful past. My life was rooted in idol worship and rituals, yet I felt empty and lost. My rebellious behavior, anger, and troubled lifestyle brought sorrow and shame to my family. During 11 years of education, I changed schools 10 times, searching for meaning and purpose without knowing where my life was heading. Everything changed on September 8, 2006, when God led me to El Bethel Power Ministries Church. There, I encountered the unconditional love of Jesus Christ. His love transformed my hardened heart, broke the chains of my past, and showed me that true freedom is not found in religion, rituals, or human approval, but in Jesus Christ. As Jesus said, u201cI am the way, the truth, and the lifeu201d (John 14:6).
On July 22, 2007, after ten months of growing in the Word of God, I was baptized in water. With gratitude for the salvation I had received, I began serving God in simple waysu2014cleaning the church, arranging chairs, and helping church members. As I remained faithful in small things, God gradually opened doors for me to serve in the music ministry as a bass guitarist, in leadership as a Timothy and Elder, and eventually in pastoral ministry. Today, by the amazing grace of God, I am humbled to serve as a Pastor under El Bethel Power Ministries in Doha, Qatar. When I look back at my life, I can only give God all the glory. Jesus took my brokenness and gave me purpose, took my shame and gave me dignity, and took my restless heart and gave me true freedom.
My testimony is not about what I accomplished through my own strength, but about what God’s grace can do through a surrendered life. If God could transform my life, He can transform anyone. No matter how far you have wandered or what your past looks like, there is hope, freedom, and a new identity in Jesus Christ. Today, I stand not because of who I was, but because of who Jesus has made me.

From Darkness to the Light of Christ
My name is Murugan, I come from a strong Hindu background in India. In 1992, I came to Qatar in search of employment, not knowing that God had a greater plan for my life. One day, I had the privilege of meeting Pastor Prince Stephen who shared the Gospel of Jesus Christ with me. Through his loving witness, I heard the Good News of salvation for the first time. Soon after, I began attending the EBPM fellowship, which was then being conducted in Pastor Prince’s house.
As I listened to God’s Word, the Holy Spirit touched my heart. I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, and my life was completely transformed. The same year, in 1992, I was baptized by Pastor Prince. He also gave me the name Immanuel, which means “God with us.” That name has been a constant reminder of God’s faithfulness and presence in my life. By God’s grace, I have been attending the EBPM fellowship continuously for the past 34 years. Throughout these years, the Lord has been faithful to me and my family. He has blessed us abundantly, guided us through every season, and strengthened our faith.
Looking back, I can confidently say that accepting Jesus Christ was the greatest decision of my life. I thank God for using Pastor Prince and the EBPM family to lead me to Christ and help me grow in my spiritual journey.

My name is Sundaralingam Vinotharan. I come from a Hindu family, and my father was a Hindu priest in Sri Lanka. I came to Qatar in 2004 for employment. One day, I happened to meet Pastor Prince. He invited me to attend church. At first, I went simply out of curiosity, just to visit and see what it was like. However, God had a different plan for my life.
Through the sermons I heard, God touched my heart and completely transformed my life. I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and obeyed the Lord in water baptism in 2005 and left to Sri lanka in 2008. As I continued to grow in my faith, God called me into His service. I am serving in full-time ministry with EBPM Batticaloa for the past 18 years. I am grateful for God’s grace, mercy, and faithfulness throughout my journey.

Christ New Creation
My name is Mohotty Lionel Waniga and I come from a Buddhist background. In 1985, I came to Doha, Qatar, for employment. During that time, I met Brother Eric, who was living with me in our bachelor’s quarters. One day, he invited me to attend a Christian fellowship. Through him, I was introduced to Pastor Prince, who was conducting church services secretly in his home as part of an underground church.
At first, I attended the fellowship only to please Brother Eric. I had no real interest in Christianity. In fact, I questioned everything I heard. One day, I challenged Pastor Prince by saying, “If there is a true God, He must prove Himself to me through a miracle.” Pastor Prince replied with confidence, “God will reveal Himself to you.” Some time later, I faced a very serious problem that seemed impossible to overcome. During that difficult season, God performed a miracle in my life. In a way that I cannot deny, He answered my challenge and revealed Himself to me as the one true and living God.
From that moment, my life changed completely. I repented of my sins, accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, and was baptized in 1987 in Doha Qatar and left Qatar in 1990 Since then, the Lord has been faithful to me, guiding, protecting, and blessing me throughout my Christian journey. Today, I have the privilege of serving God through the EBPM Ministry in Galle, Sri Lanka. It is my joy to share the love of Christ and encourage others to put their trust in Him. I thank God for His amazing grace and mercy. Looking back, I realize that He was seeking me long before I was seeking Him. My prayer is that my testimony will encourage others to believe that God is real, that He still performs miracles, and that He alone has the power to transform lives.

My name is Raveenra from Batticaloa, Sri lanka, I came to Qatar in 1992. I met Pastor Prince, who invited me to attend his church. At that time, it was the only Sri Lankan church available in Qatar, and the services were conducted secretly in his house.
I attended the service, and that day became a turning point in my life. Through the preaching of Godu2019s Word, God spoke to my heart and touched my life in a very special way. As I continued attending the church, my faith grew stronger, and in 1994, I was baptized. From that moment, my life was transformed. I experienced Godu2019s love, grace, and guidance in a way I had never experienced before.
I am attending the EBPM services for more than three decades, this church has been an important part of my spiritual journey. Looking back, I can clearly see Godu2019s hand in my journey. What began with a simple invitation to attend a church service became the beginning of a completely transformed life.

Praise to the Lord
My name is Mohana Raj. I came to Qatar in 2002 from a strong Hindu family background. In 2004, through a brother in Christ, I was introduced to EBPM, and I began attending the church services. At first, I attended only out of routine, without any real commitment or personal relationship with God. As I continued to hear the Word of God, it began to touch my heart. The Lord gradually transformed my life, changing me from a sinful way of living into a victorious life in Christ. His love, grace, and truth gave me a new purpose and a living relationship with Him.
When I first came to Qatar, I worked as a labourer. After I surrendered my life to Christ Jesus, the Lord began to bless me abundantly. He helped me grow not only spiritually but also in every area of my life. Through His faithfulness, I progressed in my career and experienced His guidance and provision. In His perfect timing, I got married and was able to bring my wife to Qatar. Today, by God’s grace, I own a company here. Looking back, I can clearly see the Lord’s hand leading me every step of the way. All the glory belongs to Him.
I thank God for my pastor, whose faithful guidance and encouragement have strengthened my walk with Christ, and I am grateful to the EBPM church family for being a source of spiritual support and fellowship throughout my journey. My life is a testimony that God can transform anyone who comes to Him with an open heart. I give all glory, honor, and praise to the Lord Jesus Christ for His amazing grace and faithfulness.

My name is Meshala Perera. I came to Qatar in 2023 for employment. After coming to Qatar, I came to know about EBPM Church, and I had the opportunity to meet Pastor Prince and speak with him. My husband and I started attending the church services from April 2023 onwards. As we continued attending the services, listening to the Word of God, and learning more about His love and His plan for our lives, our hearts began to change. Through the teachings, I learned about the importance of water baptism, and by the grace of God, I was baptized on 8 March 2024. This was a very meaningful and important step in my spiritual journey.
Since then, God has been working wonderfully in my life. My life has been transformed by His grace. God has blessed me and my husband in many ways, and we have experienced spiritual growth and a deeper relationship with Him. We have learned to trust God more and depend on Him in every situation. Looking back, I can truly say that coming to Qatar and finding this church was part of Godu2019s plan for our lives. I am so grateful for the way God has guided us, strengthened us, and brought us closer to Him. I give all the glory, honor, and praise to our Lord Jesus Christ for everything He has done in our lives. I would also like to sincerely thank Pastor Prince for his faithful service, guidance, encouragement, prayers, and dedication to the church. His ministry and encouragement have been a great blessing to us and have helped us grow spiritually.

My name is Manamohandas, and I was born and brought up in a Catholic family in Sri Lanka. u00a0In 1993, I went to Qatar for employment. At that time, I was strongly against non-Catholic churches. While working in Qatar, I faced many problems at my workplace, and eventually I was about to lose my job. During that difficult time, I suddenly met a brother who invited me to attend his church, which was being conducted in a house. That day, Pastor Prince preached a powerful sermon fromu00a0Luke 5:18u201325. As I listened to the Word of God, the Lord touched my heart and completely transformed me. From that very first day, God began to change and reform my life.
At the age of 27, I was baptized by Pastor Prince. I continued working in Qatar for six years and later left for Sri Lanka. For the past 25 years, I have been serving the Lord as a full-time servant underu00a0El Bethel Power Ministries, Kotagala. I sincerely thank God for transforming my life through His Word and through the ministry of our pastor. Once I was a person who opposed non-Catholic churches, but God changed my heart and gave me a new life in Christ. Today, I stand as a witness for the Lord and testify that God is able to transform any life when we surrender ourselves to Him.
