Carmel Child Development Center
The Carmel Child Development Center, located in Mullaitivu and operating under El Bethel Power Ministries (EBPM) Church, is committed to nurturing the growth and development of young children in a safe, caring, and supportive environment. The center focuses on providing early childhood education, basic life skills, and holistic developmental opportunities, enabling children to grow socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually. Through dedicated care, guidance, encouragement, and education, the center seeks to establish a strong foundation for each childu2019s future. The center is supported by 12 skilled and trained staff members who provide compassionate care and guidance while creating an environment that promotes learning, healthy development, and overall well-being. The center currently cares for 223 children.
In addition to caring for the children, the staff also work closely with parents by providing practical support, guidance, and training in effective childcare, parenting, and the healthy upbringing of children. By combining quality care for children with support for families, the Carmel Child Development Center seeks to create a lasting and positive impact on the lives of children, their families, and the wider community.

Mathuram Child Development Center
The Mathuram Child Development Center, located in Mullaitivu and operating under El Bethel Power Ministries (EBPM) Church, is committed to nurturing the growth and development of young children in a safe, caring, and supportive environment. The Center focuses on providing early childhood education, basic life skills, and holistic developmental opportunities, helping children grow socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually. Through dedicated care, guidance, encouragement, and education, the Center seeks to establish a strong foundation for every childu2019s future. The Center is supported by 13 skilled and trained staff members who provide compassionate care, guidance, and supervision. They work together to create an environment that promotes learning, healthy development, confidence, and overall well-being. Currently, the Mathuram Child Development Center cares for 247 children.
Our commitment extends beyond caring for children. The staff work closely with parents and families by providing practical support, guidance, and training in effective childcare, parenting, and the healthy upbringing of children. By combining quality childcare with meaningful family support, the Mathuram Child Development Center seeks to create a lasting and positive impact on the lives of children, their families, and the wider community.

Goshen Child Development Center
Goshen Child Development Center in Batticaloa is a child-focused initiative managed by El Bethel Power Ministries (EBPM), with a vision to nurture children in a safe, caring, and Christ-centered environment. The center is committed to the holistic development of children by supporting their educational, emotional, social, and spiritual growth. Through compassionate care, guidance, and age-appropriate learning activities, Goshen Child Development Center seeks to help children build confidence, develop positive values, strengthen their social skills, and discover their God-given potential. The center provides an environment where children are encouraged to learn, grow, and develop in a manner that recognizes their individual needs and abilities. The ministryu2019s approach reflects the wider mission of El Bethel Power Ministries, which emphasizes serving communities, demonstrating the love of Christ, and investing in the next generation. By providing consistent care and developmental support, the center seeks to make a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of children and their families.
Currently, Goshen Child Development Center has 13 trained staff members who provide care and support for approximately 250 children. The dedicated team works to ensure that each child receives appropriate attention, guidance, and opportunities for healthy development within a safe and nurturing setting. Through its ongoing work, Goshen Child Development Center remains committed to raising a generation of children who are confident, compassionate, responsible, and equipped to reach their God-given potential.
